Our Story
Founded by a Registered Nurse with over eight years of healthcare experience, Vital Care was created with a genuine passion to improve the health and wellbeing of people living with disability. Built on strong clinical knowledge and compassion, our service focuses on delivering safe, respectful, and high-quality supports.
Vital Care exists to ensure vulnerable individuals receive care that is clinically informed, consistent, and centred on dignity, safety, and everyday wellbeing.
